mycookingsecrets thoughts:

It is tested, that the flavor of this yogurt-milk chocolate mousse is x100 times exquisite and heavenly when you keep it in the fridge overnight! Nevertheless it can be also served immediately. It’s up to you!

How to determine the quantity of each ingredient on your list: Choose first the type of bowls you are going to use for serving the mousse. For instance: You are using 4 small serving bowls (4 servings). Place one empty bowl on the scale. Tare the scale (zero out). Fill up 3/4 (maximum) of the bowl with yogurt. Hypothetically, let’s say that it weighs exactly 200g. Multiply by 4 (200×4). Therefore, you have to use 800g of yogurt and… 800g of chocolate (1 part yogurt – 1 part chocolate).

Unknown terms and ingredients:

To fold sth in: Combine two ingredients or more, by passing a spatula down through the mixture, across the bottom, and up over the top. Continue the process until the mixture is combined. This procedure is usually used for cakes, bread, etc., in order to trap air into the mixture. In our case, folding the yogurt into the melted chocolate helps you to create a fluffy and smooth mousse.

Creamy milk chocolate: Why? Milk chocolate as you already know is sweeter in comparison to other type of chocolates. When incorporated with the yogurt’s sour flavor it creates a mouth melting outcome.
