Healthy yogurt cup

The key to a healthy diet is to use organic products, and this natural inspired dessert is no difference, except if you all willing to be bold. Try to choose fully ripe blueberries, which have a really rich dark blue colour and ripe bananas which are delicate, soft and release their natural high-sugar content.

Tuck a generous amount of basil leaves in amongst yogurt and the other ingredients. That makes a beautifully rich and aromatic flavor.

Servings: 1

You need:

  • 1 cup natural Greek yogurt healthy yogurt cup
  • 6-8 blueberries
  • 1/2 banana, ripe
  • basil leaves
  • 1-2 macadamia nuts (optional)

In a small glass layer yogurt with blueberries, banana bite size pieces and basil leaves.

Top with macadamia nut shavings.

mycookingsecrets thoughts:

Organic and fresh fruit might cost more than usual, but it’s worth treating your body to some pure vitamins.

However the portion added is insignificant:

e.g. divide the total of a small box of blueberries into 5 equal portions to consume within the week.

You can substitute blueberries with other fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, which match perfectly with basil.

The list of ingredients used is ORGANIC.
