Mind building: 4 ways to look on the bright side and get out of bad mood

I don’t always understand why I am into a real bad mood sometimes. Is it the daily routine? Plain coffee and food? Feelings of anxiety and unfulfillment? Despite the family and friend support, I have developed a couple of strategies/ways to decrease this feeling or even better to eliminate it by myself!

I call this project ”mind building”. MIND BUILDING can help you both reach your spiritual goals and expand your good taste. The main idea is to send your brain signals and the message to change habits that really work!

MIND-BUILDING: 4 WAYS TO LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE & GET OUT OF BAD MOOD

1. Outdoor exercises, increase happiness.

Encourage yourself to go out for a walk e.g. at the nearest park and breath fresh air. Exercise boasts a range of benefits rather than lying on the couch wearing your pyjamas. Staying at home usually can make you bored and sleepy.

During your stay at home, find a cosy, quiet place and get comfy by sitting or lying down. This is your comfort zone. Disconnect your mind from technology and mobile (Sounds a bit old-fashioned, but sometimes we forget how to slow down and enjoy the every moment. The simple moment…)

Wear freshly washed and vivid color clothes. Sweat and dust can’t be the best thing for your body or living quality. But eventually a good shower (cold or lukewarm) will also help by cleansing both your body (clean body) and spirit. You don’t want to keep up with all those unpleasant daily thoughts! Let your attention go completely.

3. Weekly planner.

Experience showed that organizing my/your weekly plan is the key to reverse a bad psychology on yourself.

4. It is not just food…

Cut out the excess sugar consumption from your diet. Have you ever wondered what your life will be just by eating junk food, full fat desserts and high calorie soft drinks? I understand that sugar has stack up into our lives, but be sure that the impact damage caused in the long run.
