Mini yogurt shot

Lucky for us, mini yogurt shots is our favorite clean eating desserts and definitely will be yours if not yet. Inspired by the Greek everyday life, where yogurt an essential product and often combined with honey. Thankfully this is easy to prepare, yummy and super healthy that your kids will love to eat.

Servings: 6

Version No.1: Normal/Gluten-free

You need:

  • 200g Greek yogurt mini yogurt shots_2in
  • 6 teaspoons puffed rice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek thyme honey
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped

Steps:

In shot glasses, alternate yogurt and puffed rise as desired.

Drizzle a bit of thyme honey and sprinkle some walnuts on top of each glass. Serve immediately.

Version No.2: Vegan/Dairy-free

  • 200g soy yogurt or any other dairy-free yogurt
  • 6 teaspoons puffed rice
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped

Steps:

In shot glasses,  alternate soy yogurt and puffed rise as desired.

Drizzle a bit of golden syrup and sprinkle some walnuts on top of each glass. Serve immediately.

    Καλημέρα σε όλη την ευγενική σας παρέα. Δεν κατάφερα να βρω puffed rice, γιαυτό “έσπασα” ρυζογκοφρέτα… πολύ καλή λύση, γιατί τα παιδιά μου δεν έτρωγαν τα καρύδια. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
