Guilt-free ice-cream for you and your children is not the best part of the recipe. You will get it the moment your tongue touches yogurtino gelatinio and thousands of butterflies will explode fresh fruity molecules to the palate. Discover the secret ingredient that appears on your wafer cones while you bite them.

Servings: 4-6 scoops

You need:

  • 2 ripe bananas, organic yogurtino gelatinio
  • 1 mango, organic, ready to eat
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Greek natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup

Steps:

Peel and slice the bananas into bite-size pieces.

Peel and dice the mango into bite-size pieces too.

Place the fruit pieces in freezer and freeze overnight.

The next day place them in the bowl of your food processor along with the Greek yogurt.

Process until smooth.

How to serve yogurtino gelatinio:

Drizzle the date syrup over the top of the wafer cones and fill the gaps between the top interior part. Allow one or two scoops of ice cream to be served.

Serve immediately or transfer mixture to an airtight container; chill mixture in freezer until firm. Keep the yogurtino ice cream up to 1 week.
